Close Quarters Combat (LE/Mil only)

Introduction to CQB: This course can be tailored as an entry-level course for those who have some experience with firearms and CQB or MOUT tactics and who wish to seek training geared toward preparation for a career on a military or LE tactical entry team. Prerequisites for this level of training are successful completion of the NBS Fundamentals of Pistol Marksmanship course and the NBS Fundamentals of Rifle Marksmanship course.

Level I: Focused on specific individual tasks within a tactical entry team. Well suited for those barrel-chested freedom fighters assigned to a Military or LE tactical team in the business of entering structures against an armed threat. This course is also available for MIL/LE interested in increasing your skillset in, or preparing for, a career on a special operations/tactical entry team. Prerequisites for this level of training

Level II: For those with some experience in Special Operations, Tactical operations, or the Protection industry, who have a desire to enhance or increase their knowledge in specific individual or collective CQB tasks, let us know and we’ll pair you up with similarly experienced freedom fighters to enable you to operate collectively as a tactical response team. Prerequisites for this level of training

Level III: Focuses on collective team tasks within a tactical entry team/organization. This level of training includes the full spectrum of tactical entry from organization preparation, to establishing training requirements, and determining specific authorities, to specific mission planning and execution. Prerequisites for this level of training are Teams assigned to an operational tactical entry Unit/Team/Organization and are, or will be expected to be, in a leadership or management position in charge of a tactical response team.

separate courses to isolate and focus on specific tasks.

***Any of the above items can be rented/provided with advance notice. Recommend bringing a ball cap, water bottle with cap/cover, comfortable weather-appropriate clothing (can be warm or cool on the range depending on individual comfort level), sunscreen, and bug repellent.

11 Helmet: recommend a helmet that you will be expected to use in your daily duties such as an OPSCORE or Team Wendy helmet. The Bump helmet version from these two vendors is also recommended. Fall rated climbing helmets designed for rock/mountain climbers are more than acceptable if they’re in your inventory but not required.
